Stressed? Why Not Try This Out?


Does anyone feel stressed nowadays? Oh wait that's a retorical question. Obviously you're stressed, then just follow the following steps:
Solution:

  1. SCREAM as much as you can and swear. Just let it out, forget about your problems and then it will make you feel better at first trust me. It's better to let everything out rather than bottling up like what some people do. You can worry about the problems later but you should do of this alone and not in front of anyone.
  2. Take Up An Action Sport? Try playing some paintball and try shooting at some people, and just imagine that those people are your current problems in front of you or why not take up Boxing? It's nice to just let all the bad energy from your body out on a punching bag.
  3. Once, you're done with that, go and treat yourself to something nice. Try going out with your friends or even going to the shop and get yourself something such as a game or even new clothes.
The final cure:



Eat something sweet, scientists have proven that if you take anything sweet such as a sugary treat, it helps calm your nerves, unlike caffeine, it causes you to become a nervous wreck and then who knows what your body would do to you. So as for the sugary treat, have a bar of chocolate or if you're up for something frozen, say hello to the word "Ice Cream". Once you're done taking that, try not to think about the calories for now. As what Piper Haliwell said from TV's Charmed "...We'll worry about it then..."
