The One8One Magazine is a magazine that is based in the UAE. It's similar to the famous Timeout Magazine and they're target market is young-adults. (lol, I just sounded like a marketer :P ).
Anyways, the whole point about this post is to talk about an article that they had posted about Dido.
They were talking about how Dido's new album made it to the #1 of all albums in the Middle East.
Believe it or not, I was shocked to hear about that, because most of the radio stations (Virgin Radio 104.4, Channel 4FM 104.8, Radio 1 104.1) didn't get the memo that she had released a new song. XTR had tried to request a song for me on my birthday last month, but they all said the same thing "She made a new album?" Virgin Radio 104.4 actually said the following statement "She's still alive????".
Yeah, it seems that they didn't know that even though they had posted about a couple of articles on the newspaper and magazines around the world (including the UAE)
So in conclusion, Congratulations to Dido on reaching No.1 Album on the Itunes Middle East!!!
