So as of today I will not be adding any more updates after this one at least for the next couple of days, so please just bear with me for a while. And I know that I haven't been updating my blog that much, it's just that I seem to have no time to update my blog, ever since I had so many events happen with my friends and family, there was just no time to go and blog that much. But as of the next couple of weeks I'll try to come online and keep everyone posted on the recipes and as well as many other things :)

Retro's Summer Recipes: Starters

Hors d'oeuvres, also known as starters or appetizers. I've got a simple treat for everyone for this season :)

Today we'll start off with some Hors d'oeuvres and then I'll proceed to the main course followed by a dessert. This dish is really easy to make and in fact anyone can make this is. The total amount of time needed for preparation is 10 minutes and the refrigeration time is 1 hour and 12 minutes (72 minutes in total).

Ingredients:

• 18 Boiled Mussels with out brine sauce (please make sure you boil them for about 5 to 10 minutes)
• 1 packet of RIO Tuna Pate: plain *Alternative will be posted down below*
• 2 sweet peppers (any two colors of your choice, whether it's red or yellow or green or orange) cut into cubes
• 1 table spoon of black pepper
• 1 hand full of freshly sliced parsley diced 
• green onion seasoning powder
• lemon and aromatic herbs powder
• 18 Ritz salted crackers or 9 pieces of Melba Toast cut into halves

Before I start I would like to note that in case no one finds the RIO Tuna Pate in plain flavor. You can simply take 2 cans of tuna and mince it with half of an onion that is chopped into cubes and half a teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce. You will then need to put all of this into a food processor and NOT a blender. Add some water but make sure it's not too watery. That's the alternative way.

Now on to the preparation of the Tuna and Mussels Hors D'oeuvres. You will need to take a tray and put some wax paper on it and then you will need to lay out the Ritz crackers on to the tray (Please make sure that they are not broken in anyway possible), then you will need to add the RIO Tuna pate or the alternative and whip it on to the cracker. When I say whip it, I mean like how you would add whipped cream on to a cake, you know like how people add it on their brownies :)

Then after that you will need to add a mussel on top of the tuna and then you will need to add 2 to 3 cubes of sweet pepper around the tuna and then you will need to sprinkle of freshly cut parsley and both those powders as well and you may garnish it with some black pepper. NO SALT IS ALLOWED!

After you're done you can bake it in the oven until a brownish glaze forms over it or you can just put it in the fridge for about 72 minutes and there you go. Freshly homemade Hors D'oeuvres :)

Please serve it cold !!!!!!

This is how it looks like once you serve it cold. If however you put it in the oven for more than 5 minutes the whole thing will be burnt. Trust Me On That!

Etislut's Amazing Internet Services Again:

You know now a days I have been extremely pissed off with Etisalat Etislut. I know that they are just these F****ing Thieves that have nothing better to do than just to sit there and make the world suffer. Let me tell you about what services that they offer the UAE:

Great Internet Services:

Sometimes  I find that it's quite fun to go online, search on various websites (Google, Facebook, Yahoo and so on) and also when you want to go online to surf the internet for some downloads for your games or maybe to watch some movies online the internet should have a reasonable internet speed. NOT some S##T like that Etislut is busy providing the Emirates again. Oh God, Can't they understand that we HATE their F##king guts and I hope that they burn in Hell for what Crap they're offering. 

I have been trying to get online for the past 2 days and for some odd reason Etislut hasn't been providing any sort of internet access for the past 48 hours. Here is the message that I have received on the computer "Wireless Networks (Blah Blah Blah) has not been found, Please Contact Your Internet Service Provider!"

So I called them and after waiting for 2 entire days, the internet comes back but it Etislut's FREQUENT INTERNET DISRUPTIONS!

Let me go on Google. Here is what Google Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer had to say "The following page could not be opened. www.google.ae might be temporary offline or might have moved to a permanent address. Please try again later". OK Let me refresh the page. "I'm Sorry but Google cannot be found". What about another site?

The following website does not exist "www.thesims3.com" ?????????????????????

How is that possible? I just visited that site about 2 minutes ago? so after half an hour I come back online, ALL the websites are working normally and then they just stopped working. Now there is NO way that I have a virus on my laptop. Kaspersky is now busy scanning the pc for any viruses. This is the 39th time I'm scanning and the PC is CLEAN. 

If I had to write a letter to Etislut. Here is what it would say:

Dear Etislut,

                  I hate your Fcking services. Other than the fact that they do NOT work well in the UAE and that you people have Sh#t all to do but just to give us barely anything and then just block the entire f##king internet. Why Don't you just do us a favor and just simply go screw your selves by NOT providing any internet services at ALL. 

I love the fact that not only the following things are blocked ( Hence, the ENTIRE internet), your Internet Speed services are Crappier than anything in this universe. Also I really didn't know that with an internet speed of  10 MBS or more is supposed to be slower than a cheap dial-up connection from AT&T. AT&T provides better and way faster internet services than you Thieves.

May You ALL BURN IN HELL

Actually I recently removed some pictures off my Facebook Page and those pictures contain my famous cakes and of course many people were taking them for granted or didn't care. Only some people care about my cooking, but not many people give a #### about it. So I simple went and removed them on Facebook. For those who actually care about my cooking can finally read about it right on my blog. And for those of you who don't care about my cooking, I don't really care about you. So as of now in order to increase the publicity of my blog I will be posting some new recipes this coming weekend.

This weekend I will be talking about how to make Retro's Greek Salad, followed by Retro's Famous BBQ Chicken (it comes in 3 different flavors - Garlic  & Black Pepper, Honey Glazed Chicken, Herb Infused Chicken) and as for dessert, Retro's Summer Coconut Cake. To Drink a nice jug of Water Melon Juice is required (Just take some watermelon and cut it up and put it in the blender -make sure it's seedless and then serve with Ice).

What's With Dido's Song "Everything To Lose" ?

At first, Dido is humming a lot. I think that means that it's a birth of a new song..........then she starts singing about her life story. From the looks of the song it sounded like she was busy travelling the world, Just like what she had always wanted to do. She started "...jumping out of planes...." means Skydiving. ". She loved to be alive and "She was not afraid to die" - I guess she was filled with confidence, probably too much confidence and I guess she's really in need of getting married. I don't think she wants to be alone in her life. She was sure that everything would be ok, if she didn't have to explain it all.
Then when she mentioned ".....It didn't matter if I ever made it home, could go to fast and drink all night and dance alone.....". I think she means that she might be in such a rush that she would sometimes spend her time drinking and dancing alone.
 "...I used to be thoughtless, so easy and free. Could walk away not thinking I had no place to keep.

No hand to hold, no one to bring down with me, I wouldn't see the worst and it only Hurts me..."

I'm guessing that in the past she used to be a spoiled person and she didn't care that even if she ran away, no one would help her out and she kept getting worse and worse.........I doubt that she would have been a spoiled person, she's too innocent :)

Then in the end she mentions in her song "....I've Got Everything To Lose, Since I Met You...". Either she found herself a husband and she has fallen madly in love with her and would probably end her music career and go living a normal life with her husband or maybe she met someone bad and that person is blackmailing her and probably losing everything in her life....Who knows what's up with her!

Yes, it's finally out now. Dido has finally updated her website and added the song "Everything To Lose".

I think that this is one of the most interesting songs ever (But it still won't beat her song "Grafton Street") and I have to admit it sounds kind of different for a change. Did you know, that Dido sang this song in her own Kitchen. Yes, her kitchen. I think that she loves to cook.....Just like me :)

Summer Vacation, What's Taking You So Long?

Man, is it me or are the days just slowing down? I think time has suddenly slowed down for a while and it has decided to teach us (Students) to continue preparing for the exams from Hell and other torturous stuff (Quizzes, Tests, Homework and so on). You know I just can't wait until the summer vacation begins.

So many things are going to be happening this coming summer vacation. Lets see The Sims 3 Ambitions is coming out on June 2, the TV show "Futurama" will finally continue their series, I will be turning 20 years old on May 21 (which is really soon), Many new blockbusters will be out this Summer (Toy Story 3, Shrek: The Final Chapter, The Prince Of Persia, Furry Vengeance and so on) and also during the summer I can finally relax by taking a long dip in the swimming pool as well as catching up on my movies and TV shows and continue installing my games on my Brand New Desktop PC.

Also I plan to throw an End Of Year Party during the Summer....Well I always tend to do that whenever I can. I love having parties......I'll mention more things about the party at some point this week. The rest of the information will be posted on Facebook to the people who have received the invitations. This is an Invitation Only Party!
