Push The Door I'm Home At Last...

It's now Monday the 13th of April 2009 and I am extremely tired because of my long day in the university. I have been there for such a long time. I was there since 7:45AM And I Came home at 7:45PM. Wow, I was there for exactly 12 hours. It's better if I just move into the university and claim one of the class rooms :P just kidding.
No but I'm glad to be home, I just pushed the door and I am home now and all I see is you... lol I'm singing Dido's song Thank You :P
But now it's time to relax and forget about the calculus quiz that I did, and that is a long story and I'm not in the mood to discuss about it.

Are You Busy?

Yes I have never been so busy in my life until now. I swear to God, these are one of the busiest days of my life. Well let's see, I had a math midterm yesterday and I think it went well. This Calculus Midterm is supposed to be a midterm that has things like "solve the following equation" or "find the limit of 5X-5/X when the Lim of X is 5" well guess what. That was mostly a lie. The calculus quiz that I had was more like a definition exam rather than a solving exam. At least 70% of the paper was just answer the questions, 10% of the paper was write your name and 20% of the paper was solve a few questions that makes about 100% of the paper. So expect to get a 100% as your grade. Wrong, we're talking about calculus here. Expect at least a grade of D or even less. There is a 0.0001% chance in getting a B grade in this subject. But it is pretty funny sometimes but it's a burden on people's heads.

Now getting back to how my life has been so busy. Man there is not enough time in the week to finish everything and there is NO time to even breathe this week all thanks to these F***ing midterms. This is a burden on my head. With all these crazy assignments that we're getting from the professors and these stupid midterms taking up a lot of our time. There is NO time to do anything. Unfortunately I have to stay awake till God knows what time until I finish doing my design project (which is due tomorrow) and I have to finish the remaining part of my freaking biology and get this, I'm having a big huge headache all at once. I just can't concentrate anymore. I've been studying since 4PM till 7:30PM then I took a break and then I continued from 8:30PM until now. Imagine this my brothers are having more fun than me. One of them is having midterms but he's lucky he only has the easy exams left and my big brother has nothing to do but chill until the end of time. My mom was busy talking on the phone with some of her friends. Why does everybody get to have fun except C.U.D. students. I heard that even students at A.U.D are on vacation at the moment. They are enjoying their Spring Vacation while the rest of us are just killing ourselves with these bloody exams. 

I believe the Minsitry has nothing to do other than just torture us. They don't think we're human beings. So I think they must believe that all the students are robots because we have nothing better to do other than studying. The main reason why I think that they are like that is because they have nothing better to do and they must also believe that we (students) have no feelings.

So I guess they are enjoying the wonderful weather we are having in Dubai while the rest of the us are being treated as robots :(

I wish that there was a long set of holidays and the ministry would say "Enjoy your 1 week vacation and go ahead and enjoy this wonderful weather that we're having at the moment. Try and enjoy it before it gets too hot until you can't breathe!".

Also Expect a major update as of this Thursday because I will be posting some new posts as well as a different template. Well there is going to be some changes around here. There will be an announcement made tomorrow night about the blog update. I will be closing the blog for a few hours. When I say closing the blog I mean I'll be giving only a few people access to it the rest of you won't be able to view it until the blog has been modified.

Sunday - No Exams 

Monday - Calculus 1 Midterm (I think I'm ready for this one)

Tuesday - No Exams

Wednesday - English II Midterm (I hope it won't be hard but I'm 70% ready)

Thursday - Biolody Midterm (there is so much to finish, I have 4 chapters to study )

Friday - WOO HOO PARTY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Saturday - STILL IN PARTY MOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So expect delays on my blog until these midterms are finished!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh No, don't tell me that it's here. I don't want to hear that it's here. No, somebody please pinch me I must be having a bad nightmare. The MIDTERMS are here :(    : (     :(     :(

Man this is so unfair, the weather just started to get better and there is one thing that is spoiling it is these f**king midterms. Come on the ministry of education is going nuts. No wonder the roads are empty through out the weekends because everyone is stuck at home suffering*.

Well my exams are hopefully going to be finished on Thursday. I'll post my schedule on the next post.

* Note: the word suffering is a replacement word for study. I'm sorry but I hate the word study.

Also you would have noticed that I've changed the template of my blog. This is a temporary template, it will be here until the midterms are over. Then it's back to the blue template :)

Time Goes By So Slowly:

Boredom Stikes Us All

Today I feel as if time is going slower by the minute. The reason why I feel this way is because I am so bored at the moment. I know that I shouldn't complain about that but unfortunately I have classes from 9AM - 7:30PM every Mondays and Wednesdays. So today I managed to finish my design class earlier (about 11:45AM instead of 12PM) and I've been on a break since then. My break wouldn't end until 2:45PM then as soon as that's over I have class until 4PM. Then finally my last class is at 6:15PM till 7:30PM and after that I can go home and relax.

I can't wait to go home and then just plop down on my bed and watch TV or maybe, possibly play on the computer. Hmm I wonder which game shall I play tonight? Saints Row 2? The Sims 2 (hacked edition by yours truely)? Spore (about time I played that game)? Or shall I just watch something online such as Kyle XY and continue watching Season 2 of it?

This will all be done as soon as I do some work but procrastination has taken over our lives :P

Midterm Awareness Week:

As you can see that the Midterms for most of schools & universities are going to be starting really soon. All what I can say is that people have already started getting stressed out & some of them are worried about them. Oh well these are the breaks. If you feel like you're going crazy because of the midterm awareness issue then go ahead and press the imaginary Panic Button :P

Also I would like to inform you that I will not be posting a lot starting from Sunday the 15th of March since I will be in the middle of midterms. 

My First Photography Trip To Al Ain:

Today I went on my First photography trip to Al Ain. I went with my university from 10AM on Friday Morning and I came home at 9:30PM. Yeah I know the trip was really long but it was a lot of fun. So the thing is that there were many students going on the trip and there wasn't enough space on one bus, so we went in 2 different buses . It took 2 hours to go and 2 hours to come back (only if there is no traffic, if there was then expect more time).

We went to the mountains, where we had our lunch of course. Then we went to Mubazzarah, which is a park like place. They have Al Ain's Hot Springs there and a nice mountain to go hiking (which was a lot of fun) and I would highly recommend going there if you're there.

I managed to take a lot of pictures over there and I will be publishing them on FaceBook which will be done tomorrow night and it will be published on my blog during the next few days. Expect delays on my blog for the next few days.

Retro's MELTDOWN:

Yes I've finally had a nervous meltdown thanks to my not so amazing life. After having a rough day sturggling with my "Calculus 1". I think I've had it up to here with Calculus 1. It's driving me nuts. The teacher literally flunked 89% of the class. NOBODY is happy and everyone is in a  crappy mood including me.

Well this is why this week is considered as "STRESSED OUT" week. I hope you all understand that I won't be blogging much nowadays since my university is also giving me a tough time with all the work they keep piling up on me. I just can't stand it. Now I basically have NO SOCIAL LIFE. The only thing I'm supposed to do is study as if there is no tomorrow. Just study. If I hear that word one more time I am going to lose it and you wouldn't want that to happen, now would you?

Do You have a little time?

Do I have a little time? For what you may ask? Well I basically have no time this week to do anything for myself. There is no "Me" time anymore :( because of the amount of HW & Projects I've been receiving. Also I had started this club in my university (Name is confidential) and I managed to start a Games Club. Oh God, Finally!
Now my university will be more fun (at last) but so time consuming.
I also joined many clubs as well such as The News Club, Health & Environment Club and The Photography Club (it's about time I take some pictures for Fran's sake!).
So I will be busy with all of that. Next I am having the biggest quiz ever next week on Monday and I doubt I will be blogging a lot during the weekend.
Life is passing me by, when I move this quickly. I should try and stop for a while and blog for sometime. Maybe on Thursday night I'll blog a bit but I doubt it.

I would also like to mention that Kylie Minouge is coming to Dubai on the 21st of November 2008. This concert will be for the opening of Atlantis (at last). Kylie said that this is her first concert in the Middle East :)

Also in other news, there are not many updates on Dido. Sorry for the inconvenience. I will try to get some news but unfortunately I'm in the middle of quizzes :(

The following days are considered "Hell" Days. Tuesday - Thursday & Next Tuesday.

Starting next week on Tuesday I will be having another quiz. but it's not 100% confirmed. I'll get the information from the professor.

Trying to survive the day

Oh God, today I had such a long day. Let me tell you what happened. I woke up at 9AM (since my classes began from 2PM - 7:30) and I did my boring homework (ugh). Then at around 11Am I had my breakfast (I had some cereal only) then at 12:45 (I had my lunch meat stew) then at 1:20 I left the house and went to class. The English teacher was babbling something about organizing your paragraphs and all that crap. Then after that she announced the "Homework".
And she said 'I want you to solve the following pages 101, 102, 103, then I want you to write a sentence for each of the following things. I DON'T want you to write me an essay on this. Understand?". Then after that I went home for 2 hours because my class ended at 3:30PM so what was I going to do. So I went home and listened to Dido - Grafton Street again :) and I did some other things (like dealing with nature). Then I went back to class and boy, did I enjoy the traffic -_____-
The traffic was SO bad. Imagine this there was traffic on Al Wasel Road all because everyone was looking at the tow truck tow somebody's car away. LOL :0P
Then I reported it no "Non Virgin Radio" and the guy asked me what's my name and I was like blah blah blah, then he was like do you have ANY song you want me to play for you? and I was like yeah, sure why not. Let me listen to any song by Britney Spears (because I know Virgin is too gay to play Dido) and they said yeah OK. We got a new song by Britney Spears. It's called "Womanizer". LOL and I was like "woo hoo" (I didn't sound so excited) and the guy was like you don't sound very excited (DUH) and I was like no I'm just tired (which is true) but I can manage.

So then after that I arrived to the university (at exactly 6:00PM) and what did I do, I went to class. Dealt with the work then I went home and NOW I'm blogging and listening to "My love" Dido - GRAFTON STREET!!!!!
I seriously can't stop listening to it. I swear it's so amazing. The song, the lyrics and beat to it is really good. Dido if you're reading this YOU ROCK :D

I really wish that Dido would view my blog then I would be like so happy and all that :D
but enough la la land chat. It's time to get back to reality.

How's my singing?

Current Status: In Class

I am now sitting in class, doing nothing but surfing the internet. Since the class did not even start :P
My class schedule is pretty crazy sometimes. Like for instance: Sundays and Tuesday I have classes till abut 5:30 on normal days but when it comes to Mondays & Wendesdays it's from 2:00PM- 9:30PM. Thats like a lot of hours, don't you think?
Well my class starts like in half an hour, so I will be surfing the internet till then. After that I will go to my next (& last) class (Thank God :P ). Then I will go to the supermarket & get some things for the house. Then go home and chill. Oh yeah and do my home work !
