Did you see the new changes with Etisalat? Yes they changed the way they blocked they're site. instead of that same old blocked site business, the one that requires a lot of Flash. Which ends up slowing everybody's computer for no reason, they put a Brand NEW image saying that blah blah blah the site is unblocked. It looks nice right? Oh yeah and it says "This Site Is Blocked". Now it's not even in Arabic. LOL!

Changes in Dubai
